To truly get the most out of the next 30 days, you’re expected to follow the recommended weigh-in schedule AND to answer the daily prompt every single day.
Block out 20 minutes per day - at the same time each day - on your calendar now.
Your 30 days will officially begin 48 hours upon signing up, e.g., if you signed up to begin this challenge on a Tuesday, your first official day of the challenge will be on Thursday.
This gives you adequate time to prepare to get the most out of this challenge.
