The Maintain My Weight Loss After A Diet Blueprint
The definitive guide that walks you through exactly what nutrition changes to make, and prepares you for what mindset challenges to expect, so you can maintain your weight loss without feeling like you're dieting and resume a sense of normalcy after a diet.
Become A Five-Percenter
If you’ve struggled to lose weight and keep it off, know you’re not alone. In fact, of the tens of millions of people just like you who diet every year, 85% regain the weight they lose within 12 months. That number increases to 95% within three years.
Yes, 5% of those who set out with the intention of losing weight and keeping it off actually achieve that goal. It’s our mission to provide you with the education, resources, Community and support you need to become a five-percenter.
What Our Community Members Are Saying
Paul and his team have crafted this community with so much care, humility and hard work and it comes through as I navigate through the course. The positivity, vulnerability and strength in the community members is phenomenal.
The 5 Percent Community has helped me think more deeply about how I want to live my life both in a diet phase and well beyond. After spending time drilling into our core beliefs and lifestyle preferences, I’ve come to appreciate that my diet phase will be the shortest and the least significant part of my life.
This is an utterly fantastic group of people and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it. 🙂

Hello everyone!! I wanted to share a quick success story with you to hopefully motivate you to help get your mind in the right place as we begin this journey together.
Today is my one-year anniversary since I started prioritizing ME. This includes my nutrition and my fitness. I am happy to report that as of today I am down 64 POUNDS.
I tell you this not to brag or boast but to ensure you that what Paul is about to share with us works and I tell you this coming from years of yo-yo dieting and trying everything under the sun, including every pharmaceutical available.
The one tip I will share with everyone that I believe made me successful was PRIORITIZING ME. I quit making excuses and started making time. I became obsessed with prioritizing ME over everything else, obviously within reason, but I planned every meal, planned every training session, weight in, etc. This is the best advice I can give you is to have a plan. Shit is going to happen somewhere down the line, so you have to make sure you are prepared and make yourself the priority!! For me, the loss of weight was a great goal; however, what was even more satisfying is how much my mindset and relationship with food has changed.
I look forward to sharing much more with all of you as we begin this together next week.

I think ONE of the main reasons why people are unable to maintain the sustainable weight loss is due to the weight they carry on the inside. One of my biggest determining factors for joining the 5% was the work that would be done internally. I knew my issues lied deeper than what was on the surface and I knew that until I faced these things.... maintaining weight loss would always be a pipe dream.
If I were to narrow it down to a simple sentence to tell a friend I would tell them something along the lines of, "The 5% focuses on maintainable weight loss inside and out" or "Learn how to lose the weight and keep it off - inside and out", "Learn to lose the weight on the inside so you can lose the weight on the outside".... Just brain dumping... But you get the gist. The inner work is SO overlooked but so so important.

Hey, my name is Melanie and I joined The 5 Percent Community because I was Struggling with negative self-talk and body image.
My experience thus far has been so powerful and inspiring.
Some of the many positive changes I’ve experienced so far include: overcoming limiting beliefs holding me back from my fitness and nutrition goals.
What has surprised me most about my experience in The 5 Percent Community thus far is the awesome group of people in the 5% community and their willingness to be vulnerable and share their struggles.
If you, too, are struggling with any nutrition or mindset goals, then I cannot recommend joining The 5 Percent Community enough!
The 5 Percent Community is helping me become the best version of myself.
I hope to see you in there soon!
Melanie
