How it Works:

  • Upon purchasing this service, you’ll be sent an email that includes two key onboarding documents:

a. Nutrition Plan Questionnaire

b. 5-Day Food Log

  • After thoroughly completing each, you’ll send these documents back to me via email. I will then get started on building your plan.
  • Should I have any follow-up questions or need any additional information, I will be in contact via email.
  • Expect to receive your individualized nutrition plan and all complementary resources and cheat sheets within 72 hours (often much sooner than this if you provided me with the utmost detail in your onboarding documents). This email will also include a link to schedule your 30-minute consult call with me.
  • The primary focus of the consult call is to answer any questions you have about what I’ve built for you.
