Are you familiar with the five love languages?

The five love languages describe the five core ways that people receive and express love in a relationship.

I’ve learned a lot about myself and about how to be a better partner by deepening my understanding of the five love languages, as well as openly and consistently communicating about them.

But here’s the most important piece I’ve learned from studying this topic: we often don’t apply the principles to the most important relationship in our life…

The one we have with ourselves.

The most important relationship in your life is the one you have with yourself.

It sets the tone not only in your romantic relationship, but in your relationship with your body, food, exercise, and also greatly influences how you interact with others.

In today’s episode, I’ll introduce the five love languages in greater detail, before ultimately helping you to shift how you view them through the lens of applying (and constantly practicing) them to the relationship you have with yourself so that you can feel, look, and be your best!
