I’m going back to where it all started…

In 2018, I took the leap of faith (thanks to a lot of support from my friend, Whitney!) to start a podcast, which became known as The Screw the Scale Podcast.

In 2021, I brought on a co-host and tried a new approach, ultimately renaming the show: The 5% Way Podcast. 

That chapter of my podcast was a lot of fun and taught me a tremendous amount, but as I resume the role of solo host, I am excited to make a return to my roots and bring to you a podcast that encapsulates all I’ve learned the past four years and 222 episodes!
