I tried to do just about everything alone.

This approach provided a lot of challenge, triumph, and learning, but despite the level of success I achieved, I still felt a lack of fulfillment and desire to have even more success.

My mind opened and priority changed the day a mentor of mine shared the following quote with me:

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with others.”

That quote served as a catalyst behind a complete shift in my relationship with myself, asking for help, and surrounding myself with like-minded people.

❤️ It also began the arduous process of auditing the relationships I had in my life; I edited and eliminated many because they weren’t serving me.

‼️ And, in 2022 in particular, I began to double down on strengthening the depth and quality of those few relationships I cherish most.

Community. My relationships with others.

These have become priorities.

Evermore, the amount of growth I’ve experienced as an individual since has been exponential.

🥶 This weekend, I spent time in ANTARCTICA (Minnesota) co-hosting the first-ever Sustainable Weight-Loss Summit before attending an impromptu 5% Community Meet-Up (where we ate our way through downtown Minneapolis!).
.
The new relationships that formed and current ones that were strengthened left me feeling grateful and recharged in my soul to continue with this quest to build and surround myself with a Community of like-minded people.
.
Community has the power to accelerate growth, healing, and LASTING results.
.
It’s why Community is a core component (and literally in the name!) of The 5% Community.
.

Earlier this morning, I had the pleasure of collab Earlier this morning, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Sweat with Jess Owner, Jess Spears, to host part one of our six-part Sustainable Weight-Loss Summit Series!

Today’s in-person sessions was entitled:
.
How to Build Your Own Sustainable Nutrition Plan 
So That You Can Effortlessly Eat with Confidence to Feel, Look, and Be Your Best
.
The attendees and I spent time understanding the root origin of their past dieting mistakes while also identifying the primary culprits behind short-term success and long-term headache…
.
We then shifted gears to discussing the core principles that make up the Significant Sustainable Weight-Loss Formula, as well as the three key pillars of how to build a sustainable nutrition plan (the same ones I’ve used with the thousands of people I’ve personally worked with over the years).
.
And, lastly, we put all of this together and into action by taking a stepwise approach to actually building an individual plan for every single attendee.
.
They left with knowledge, confidence, awareness, and an individualized nutrition plan tattooed with their DNA!
.
