HYPNOSIS FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE
Hypnosis for People Who've Spent Their Career Trusting Evidence Over Intuition.
Credentialed, structured, evidence-based hypnosis for executives, founders, and high performers ready to work at the layer underneath everything they’ve already tried.
DEMYSTIFYING HYPNOSIS
First — let's get past what you might think hypnosis is.
Most of what the average person thinks they know about hypnosis comes from stage shows, movies, or vague pop-culture references. Almost none of it has anything to do with what hypnosis actually is in a credentialed context.
You don’t lose consciousness. You don’t lose control. You don’t say things you don’t mean. You’re not asleep, you’re not unconscious, and you’re not under anyone’s “spell.” Hypnosis is a focused, deliberate state of attention — the same kind of state you’ve been in dozens of times in your life when you’ve been completely absorbed in a book, a drive, or a conversation. It’s not unusual. It’s not exotic. It’s a normal feature of how the human brain works.
What’s different about credentialed hypnosis is the intent. We use that focused state as an access point to the subconscious — the layer where most stuck patterns actually live — and do specific, structured work to identify and rewire them. That’s it. There’s no mystery and no magic. It’s neuroscience, applied carefully, with credentialed training.
HOW HYPNOSIS ACTUALLY WORKS (MECHANISM)
How the work actually operates.
The subconscious is where most of your reactions, defaults, and stuck patterns live. It’s been running since you were a child — absorbing experiences, conclusions, and protective patterns long before you had the conscious capacity to evaluate any of them. By the time you’re an adult, that layer is running roughly 95% of what you do, think, feel, and decide on any given day.
Trying to change subconscious patterns by thinking harder about them is like trying to debug a program by yelling at the monitor. You need access to the layer where the code actually runs.
Hypnosis is how we get there. In a focused, deliberate state of attention, we work directly with the subconscious patterns that are driving the surface behavior. We identify them. We re-pattern them. We install new defaults that don’t fire the old reactions.
WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
What a hypnosis session actually looks like.
Sessions are typically conducted via video call, in a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. They’re 50-75 minutes depending on the work. We talk first — the same kind of focused, strategic conversation you’d have in any high-quality coaching session — and identify what we’re targeting. Then we move into the hypnotic state itself.
In that state, you’re awake, present, and aware. You can hear me. You can talk back. You can stop the process at any time. The state is closer to deep meditation or absorbed reading than anything dramatic — most clients describe it as “the most focused I’ve been in years.”
We do the specific work the session is designed for — sometimes uncovering patterns, sometimes installing new responses, sometimes resolving specific trapped emotions or memories. Then we come back, integrate what happened, and you go on with your day.
HOW HYPNOSIS PAIRS WITH COACHING
Coaching alone isn't enough. Neither is hypnosis. Together, they're different.
Hypnosis is how we access the subconscious layer — the 95% underneath. Coaching is how we build the conscious-level frameworks on top of it. The pairing is what makes the work durable.
Without hypnosis, coaching tends to plateau at the same place every other coaching has — because the patterns underneath haven’t actually been touched. Without coaching, the subconscious work doesn’t translate into changed behavior in the rooms and conversations that matter.
Together, the two modalities do something neither does alone: rewire what’s underneath, then build the conscious habits, frameworks, and structures that hold the new pattern in place.
CREDENTIALS & EVIDENCE
Credentialed, structured, evidence-based.
I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) trained in evidence-based hypnosis, not entertainment hypnosis. My training is built on the same neuroscience research underpinning mental performance work used by elite athletes, military operators, and top-tier executive performance specialists.
Hypnotherapy as a modality has been studied for decades for its effectiveness in performance, anxiety, habit change, and behavioral patterns. The research base is significant — and growing.
FAQ
About Hypnosis.
Why not just mindset coaching? How is hypnosis different or more advantageous?
Mindset coaching helps you consciously understand what needs to change. Hypnosis helps us work with the subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that may continue driving your behavior even when you logically know better.
This is especially valuable when insight alone hasn’t created lasting change. Combining coaching with hypnosis allows us to address both your conscious strategy and the deeper programming influencing how you think, feel, and respond under pressure.
Will I lose control or do something I don't want to do?
No. You remain awake, aware, in control, and able to choose what you say and do throughout the entire experience.
Hypnosis is not mind control. It is a focused, deep state of relaxation that helps reduce mental resistance and makes it easier to access and change deeply rooted beliefs and patterns.
What if I'm too skeptical for hypnosis to work?
Healthy skepticism is welcome.
You simply need to be willing to follow the process, use your imagination, and remain open to the experience. I’ll explain what we’re doing and why so you never feel pressured to force a particular outcome.
How many sessions before I see results?
Many clients experience a noticeable shift during our first conversation, often through greater clarity, relief, or a new understanding of what has been keeping them stuck.
Lasting change, however, is a process. The pace depends on your goals, the patterns we’re addressing, and your willingness to apply the work between sessions.
Is hypnosis safe?
Yes. Hypnosis is a safe, natural state of mind you move in and out of multiple times per day. It’s the same state you’re in when first waking, immediately before bed, and when caught up in a good book, your favorite TV show, or a project at work.
Hypnosis is safe when a properly trained professional facilitates it responsibly. You remain conscious and in control, and you can pause or end the experience at any time.
Before using hypnosis, we’ll discuss what to expect and address any questions or concerns you may have.
What if I've never been hypnotized before?
First, let me be clear: anyone can enter a state of hypnosis. It’s a natural state of mind you experience multiple times per day. If this is your first time entering this state intentionally through coaching, that’s great. It’s like any other skill – through more repetitions you’re able to get into this state faster and also able to deepen the state of relaxation.
