FAQs
Questions People Actually Ask.
Everything you might want to know before booking a call — including the questions most people don’t say out loud.
Who do you work with?
I primarily work with founders, CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, and other ambitious professionals who are successful on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unfulfilled on the inside.
Most of my clients already know what they should do. The challenge is consistently following through when pressure, fear, old patterns, or competing responsibilities get in the way.
Who do you NOT work with?
I’m not the right fit for someone looking for a quick fix, a rigid step-by-step formula, or someone else to do the work for them.
This process requires honesty, personal responsibility, curiosity, and a willingness to examine the patterns beneath the surface. My coaching is also not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, addiction treatment, or crisis support.
How long do most engagements last?
My private coaching engagement includes a package of 12 coaching calls, typically completed over six to seven months. This gives us enough time to create meaningful change, apply it in your everyday life, and reinforce it until it becomes sustainable.
Where are you based and do you work remotely?
I’m based in Tampa Bay, Florida, and work with clients throughout the country remotely via Zoom.
Can my company sponsor coaching?
Yes. Many companies sponsor coaching as part of an executive-development, leadership, or professional-performance initiative. I can provide the appropriate agreement and documentation for your employer while keeping the content of our coaching confidential.
How is your mindset coaching different from executive coaching?
Traditional executive coaching often focuses primarily on leadership skills, strategy, communication, and measurable business performance.
My work goes beneath those areas to address the subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, internal pressure, and identity-level challenges influencing how you lead, perform, make decisions, and relate to the people who matter most.
The goal isn’t simply to help you achieve more.
It’s to help you perform at a high level without sacrificing what you say matters most – your peace, health, relationships, or sense of self.
How is this different from therapy?
Talk therapy primarily works at the conscious level.
Hypnosis, otherwise known as hypnotherapy, is a form of therapy that aims to uncover the core moment you first learned to believe, feel, think, and behave in a certain way by working at the unconscious level. The goal is to unlearn the patterns and programs no longer serving you.
Research suggests that hypnotherapy offers a significantly faster, more effective approach to making lasting change.
Hypnotherapy alongside expert mindset and performance coaching allows us to change patterns that affect your performance, fulfillment, relationships, and decision-making today while building a new operating system that allows you to integrate and sustain the changes.
Will this conflict with the coach I'm already working with?
Usually, no. My work often complements business, leadership, fitness, or other forms of coaching because we focus on the internal patterns that may be preventing you from fully applying what you already know.
If you’re working with another coach, we can clarify our respective roles to ensure the support remains aligned and productive.
What does a typical coaching session look like?
We block out 75 minutes together for each coaching session.
We’ll spend the beginning of our call discussing action steps and accountability since last call, then shift into that highest priority challenge or destructive mindset program, before moving into hypnosis to address that priority and primary focus for the day.
Depending on what best serves you, the session may include strategic coaching, reflection, emotional-regulation tools, breathwork, or hypnosis.
You’ll leave with greater clarity, a meaningful internal shift, and practical next steps to apply between sessions.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No. You remain awake, aware, in control, and able to choose what you say and do throughout the entire experience.
Hypnosis is not mind control. It is a focused, deep state of relaxation that helps reduce mental resistance and makes it easier to access and change deeply rooted beliefs and patterns.
Is hypnosis safe?
Hypnosis is safe when a properly trained professional facilitates it responsibly. You remain conscious and in control, and you can pause or end the experience at any time.
Before using hypnosis, we’ll discuss what to expect and address any questions or concerns you may have.
What if I'm too skeptical for hypnosis to work?
You don’t need to believe in hypnosis for it to be useful. Healthy skepticism is welcome.
You simply need to be willing to follow the process, use your imagination, and remain open to the experience. I’ll explain what we’re doing and why so you never feel pressured to force a particular outcome.
How is hypnosis different from meditation?
Both practices involve focused attention, but they serve different purposes.
Meditation typically teaches you to observe thoughts, emotions, and sensations without becoming consumed by them. Hypnosis uses that focused state more intentionally to work with subconscious beliefs, emotional associations, and automatic behavioral patterns.
Meditation can help you become more aware of a pattern. Hypnosis can help you change the pattern at its source.
Why not use mindset coaching alone? What makes hypnosis advantageous?
Mindset coaching helps you consciously understand what needs to change. Hypnosis helps us work with the subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that may continue driving your behavior even when you logically know better.
This is especially valuable when insight alone hasn’t created lasting change. Combining coaching with hypnosis allows us to address both your conscious strategy and the deeper programming influencing how you think, feel, and respond under pressure.
Do I have to do hypnosis if I only want coaching?
No. Hypnosis is a powerful tool, but it is never forced or required.
We’ll use the approaches that best support your goals and that you feel comfortable with. Some sessions may include hypnosis, while others may focus entirely on coaching, reflection, emotional regulation, or practical decision-making.
How many sessions will it take before I see results?
Many clients experience a noticeable shift during our first conversation, often through greater clarity, relief, or a new understanding of what has been keeping them stuck.
Lasting change, however, is a process. The pace depends on your goals, the patterns we’re addressing, and your willingness to apply the work between sessions.
What's a discovery call like?
Rather than offering a traditional sales-style discovery call, I provide a genuine 75-minute coaching experience so you can learn—and feel—whether working together is the right fit.
We’ll identify your most pressing challenge, uncover what may be keeping you stuck, and begin working through it together. You’ll leave with valuable insight regardless of whether we decide to move forward.
At the end, I’ll explain how I structure private coaching, what you can expect from the experience, and answer any questions you have. There is no pressure to make an immediate decision.
What happens after I book?
After booking, you’ll receive a short coaching application that takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Your responses will help me understand your current challenges, goals, and circumstances so I can prepare for our conversation and make the experience as valuable as possible.
Will you share intake forms or assessments?
Yes. Before our initial coaching experience, you’ll complete a brief application designed to help me understand what you’re navigating and what you want to change.
I don’t rely on generic assessments as a substitute for conversation. If a particular exercise or assessment would meaningfully support our work, I’ll explain why and how we’ll use it.
How often do we meet?
My private coaching engagement includes 12 calls spread across approximately six to seven months.
We’ll typically meet weekly at the beginning to establish momentum. As the work progresses, we’ll usually move to every two or three weeks, depending on your needs and what is happening in your life or business.
You’ll also have access to me through text, voice notes, and email between calls for additional support.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Everything you share during our work together remains private and confidential, except where disclosure may be required by law or necessary to address an immediate safety concern.
Sessions are not recorded unless we discuss it in advance and you provide explicit permission.
What does it cost?
We discuss the investment after your initial coaching experience, once we’ve both had the opportunity to determine whether working together is the right fit.
If there is alignment, I’ll clearly walk you through the coaching structure, investment, and payment options so you can make an informed decision without pressure.
Do you have refund or cancellation policies?
All payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be clearly outlined in your coaching agreement before our work begins. I encourage you to review the agreement carefully and ask any questions before enrolling.
Can sessions be rescheduled?
Yes. I understand that life and business can change unexpectedly.
With reasonable notice, we can reschedule a session without disrupting your progress. Your coaching agreement will include specific rescheduling and cancellation terms.
What technology do I need for virtual sessions?
You’ll need a phone, tablet, or computer with a reliable internet connection and access to Zoom.
I strongly recommend using headphones or AirPods, particularly during hypnosis, and joining from a quiet, private space where you can remain comfortable and uninterrupted.
Do you work with companies or just individuals?
Both. I work privately in a 1-1 capacity with founders, CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs, as well as with companies that sponsor coaching for their leaders.
Additionally, I offer small group coaching experiences, one-day transformational events, as well keynote speaking engagements.
