Success Leaves Clues: How to Learn from Your Past Successes (and that of others)
When we attempt to achieve a goal that we’ve tried to achieve before, such as losing significant weight and keeping it off for good, it’s easy to waste a lot of precious energy dwelling on our past mistakes and failures.
What if, instead, we chose to look at all that we did well and all of the aspects that contributed to the success we did have?
Success leaves clues.
And spending time studying and learning from past success – the successes we’ve had and the success others have had – is an underutilized and undervalued approach that’s incredibly helpful when it comes to finally achieving the lasting results we desire.
In today’s episode, I’ll help provide you with a framework and series of action steps you can take to better understand the key learning lessons from past successes – and that of others – so that you can extract the teaching points and use this information to avoid making the same mistake twice!
