The Dip: The Benefits of Knowing When (and when not) to Quit
Society has conditioned you to believe that quitting is a form of failure; giving up.

In today’s episode, I am going to share a different perspective on quitting and how it could potentially be the best thing for you. Whether you’re quitting a diet or workout routine, or, bigger aspects, such as a job or relationship, it’s important to understand that it’s safe and okay to quit, but also to know when quitting may be a bit premature.
